Strawberry Fun...

Hi Everyone ~ Enjoy our latest pictures...we've been busy having LOTS of fun! And, happy summer to everyone!
Today, we got to go to Patterson Farms to pick some strawberries. This is my (Brady) first time. Since Averie loved it so much last year, Mommy took us both. Plus, the strawberries are delicious! Here is a picture of each of us BEFORE we got our hands on some of those YUMMY strawberries.
Averie...
...and me (yes, we all wore red!)
Averie is ready to pick some strawberries...

...so she got her crate and started picking. (I was going to crawl around and "help," but it had rained a bit before, so it was really muddy...)

Averie picking us some yummy strawberries!

She loved picking the strawberries. And, she did a great job with it! I just watched her!

Averie with our cousin, Stephanie!

And, here are a few pictures of Averie eating her strawberries...

So good...

...with just a little tart!

Yummy!

Now, my turn...Hello, strawberry...

...mmm...

SO GOOD!

I was a complete mess afterwards, but I loved it! Averie & I ate about 15 strawberries each...while we were there. We've been eating them throughout the day too!

After Averie & Mommy picked a crate of strawberries, this is what we did...enjoy them!

We went with some of our playgroup friends...here is our attempt on a group picture.

Afterwards, we ate lunch at the park (while it rained some...good thing we were eating under a covered area). Then, no more rain, so we got to play in the park. Super fun!

What a fun day!

Another haircut...

So, I got my 2nd haircut yesterday...I look like such a little man again! I had gel in it, and it was super cute!

The "Last Day of School" Celebration Begins...

So, Averie had her last day of preschool last Thursday. I am so ready to have her home all the time now so we can go swimming and do all sorts of fun things. She had an end of the year party, so I got to hang out with Oma while Mommy helped with the party. Since I wasn't there, I'll let Averie tell you about it...
Here I am enjoying my preschool party. We started with some outdoor fun...slip and slide, bubbles, little pool, water sprayers, etc. Thankfully, the rain held off while we had so much fun!
One of the boys in my class took his shirt off to jump in the pool, so I thought I could do the same thing...Mommy quickly ran over to tell me that I had to wear my shirt in the water :) :)
Then, we went inside, changed into the shirts we had made, and sang some of our favorite songs from throughout the year. I love singing, so this was fun for me too!
Doing all the motions is exciting! I always have a smile on my face for these active songs!
Me on the last day of preschool...I will miss my friends and my teachers, but I am excited about being with Mommy & Brady during the day every day also!
Me with my teacher, Mrs. Allie
What a fun year. I learned so much and had such a great time. I'll be there again next year...3 days a week! :)

Outdoor Fun!

Okay...me (Brady) again. Here are some pictures of Averie & me having fun outside...i love pushing my walker. I am not walking yet. I took one step a few weeks ago, but that is it. Mommy isn't ready anyway, so what's the rush? I like crab crawling anyway! But, I do great with walkers!
Having fun...just "walking" around outside!
Watching some cars go by in our neighborhood!
Then, Mommy & Daddy showed me how to sit on this...that was fun!
While I was busy "walking" around, Averie was learning to ride her scooter for the first time. She loved it, and Daddy is such a great teacher!
Great job, big sister!
Then, I decided to start chewing my shirt...showing off my 6 pack abs to the ladies walking by... :) See the rash on my belly? I went to the doctor the next day, and I was tested positive for strep throat!! Pretty young to have strep, but I had it...and an ear infection in both ears! I was a trooper, but I am glad that's over. I do have to have tubes put in my ears...will have that done on June 16. Say a little prayer for me...and for my Daddy & Mommy!
Then, Daddy started teaching me about football. He's ready for me to "go long" and catch one...I have a little more growing to do before that, but I can't wait!

Have a wonderful week!

Happy Mother's Day!

Hi Everyone ~ Sure hope you are all doing well. Enjoy our latest pictures!
Here we are on Mother's Day. I (Brady) wasn't too cooperative for taking pics...so this was the best picture with Mommy that we got together. But, we sure had fun celebrating her. We gave Mommy a manicure/pedicure gift card, so she will enjoy that! We also took her to lunch and gave her cards. Mommy loved it! She says she loves being our Mommy...what a great gift God has given her!

Tony the Pony

This is Tony the Pony...my cousin, McKinly's toy. Daddy let me ride on it, and it was super fun! I had a great time. We were at McKinly's house celebrating his first birthday...a few weeks early. But, that just reminds my Daddy & Mommy that I'll be one soon also, and I don't think they are ready for it. Sure has been a fast year!

Daddy & Me

Look Who's 10 months old...

Guess who is 10 months old? Yep, me, Brady Boy! I am everywhere and into everything...and I LOVE it! I am usually a very easy, happy baby...and Daddy & Mommy still tell me how much joy I bring them. And, I always hear them say "Thank you, God, for our Brady" when they pray with me at night. I love to climb stairs and play with toys. Here I am playing with Averie...Mommy says our faces (other than my darker skin) look the same in this picture. (What do you think?) We usually have fun playing together.
I love my buggy. I push it everywhere!
Thanks, Philip & Jolene (2nd cousins), for my super cute outfit!
I have 5 teeth now...and 2 more coming in!
I am thinking here, "Mmm, wonder what we can do today to celebrate my being 10 months old..." And, this is what we did...
We went to the park and played in the sandbox...the first time for me!
I loved it! It was so fun!
Happy Me!
Happy Averie!
I also liked "holding" the sand, but once it got in my mouth (I put it there of course!), it was time to go home. I didn't like that too much! But, sure was fun "celebrating" my turning 10 months old!
