happy father's day to the best daddy in the whole world...

Happy Father's Day to our Daddy. He's the best Daddy in the whole world. We are so thankful for him...providing for our family, playing with us, & praying with us. We loved celebrating him.

And, I (Averie) took one of my Daddy & Mommy as well...

That night, we celebrated Poppy with grilling out dinner for all of us! Here is a 3 generation picture...

And, 3 of the 5 Karaffa grandchildren...McKinly, Brady, & me...

We sure enjoyed celebrating Daddy & Poppy, but it also makes us miss Opa as well. We think about him often, and we miss him a lot.

While Mommy & Brecken were away at a family wedding, Daddy took Brady & me to Carowinds...we had so much that we got Season's passes for the year! So, we went back a week later with Mommy & Brecken...and loved it!

Brady was amazed by all the roller coasters...he loved watching them, while I (Averie) enjoyed riding them!!

Can you find Daddy & me? We are in the second row...you can see my Daddy with his sunglasses on, but you can only see my arms and legs...my Uncle Todd is right behind me. We loved it!

We loved going to "kiddie land"...rode the airplanes and other fun rides!

Our favorite ride in "Kiddie Land" was Woodstock Express. When Daddy & Mommy went to Carowinds years ago as kids, it was called Scooby Doo. Mommy kept calling it that all night. We rode it a lot...Brady's first roller coaster. (I went one time last year with Daddy and rode it...) You can see Mommy & Brady in the 2nd row...

We sure had fun. I went back a week later and rode my first upside down roller coaster...Carolina Cyclone. It was so much fun!! We all love Carowinds!!

road trip...

We took a "road trip" to meet with Mommy's roommate from college...and her 4 children. We went to the Children's Museum in Greensboro, and we had a great time playing in all the "centers"...& Mommy loved seeing her college roomie!

rice cereal for the first time...& play time

Hi Everyone...it's been busy around our house, but in it's busyness, we've had lots of fun. Brecken is 4 months old now, so he got to try rice cereal for the first time. Daddy got to feed him while Mommy took the pictures...what a fun time...
