The next day, I got to open the gifts from my friend birthday party. I got all sorts of goodies, & I have enjoyed playing with my new stuff.

After a not long enough nap from my morning swim party, I got to open my presents from Daddy, Mommy, Averie, & Brecken. Oma came by also to watch me open my presents from her as well. I wasn't really happy to get up or start opening presents, but once I got going, I was very happy again that it was my birthday :)

Daddy & Mommy told me to sit in this chair and close my eyes while Daddy brought in my last gift...so here I sit...waiting...

When Daddy finally said to open my eyes, I looked up and there was a big boy bicycle right in front of me. I loved it...

...and jumped right on...ready to take it for a spin!

Then, it was time to leave for dinner, so we attempted a quick family picture...this is the best we could get with all the excitement of dinner!

As tradition in our family, we get to pick where we'd like to have dinner for our birthday...I chose "Big Fire," which is the Japanese restaurant where they cook in front of you. I LOVE this place. I talk about it ALL the time...and usually walking around the house with spatulas in my hands for days afterwards. It's awesome. Here I am with Daddy...ready to watch the "show" & eat the yummy food!

Poppy & Nana also came to celebrate with me...& so did Daddy, Mommy, Averie, Brecken, Oma, Uncle Todd, Aunt Helen, Carter, Kaitlyn, & Stephanie.

After dinner, we headed home to have cupcakes and open a few more gifts.

I got to open a few gifts before cupcakes, and that was fun...I loved the books, toys, and jammies that I got.

I changed into one of my new jammies...

...and then everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to me. I loved it!

Brecken tried out the jumperoo for the first time at my party...and he really liked it!

He concentrates really hard on toys...and smiles at me all the time!

And, once everyone left, Daddy, Averie, & me played Memory as my last activity of my birthday!

Then, off to sleep I went...as a 3 year old boy!

For my (Brady) birthday, I got to celebrate ALL day long. I started my day with a yummy breakfast & family time at home. Then, we headed to my Oma's house for my "friend birthday party." We swam for a few hours, ate a yummy lunch, and then everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to me...I helped them sing along! Such a fun time with my friends.

After we swam for a while, we got to enjoy some popsicles. I ask for one every time I am swimming! They are so yummy!

Mommy forgot to get a group picture, but we still had fun! I had a great time partying with my friends...what a great way to spend my morning/early afternoon!

10 wonderful years...

Daddy & Mommy are best friends and sure love each other very much.

5 months old...

Sweet Brecken is 5 months old now. He is such a happy baby with a sweet personality. We are all enjoying him so much, and we are thankful for our sweet baby brother!!
