Pumpkin Patch

Hi Everyone ~ It's us again with some fun, new pictures to share. I got to do the explaining last time, so I think that I'll let my little brother, Brady, do it this time...Enjoy!

On Saturday, we all went to the pumpkin patch as a family. It was so much fun...and, it was all of our first times ever going (that we can remember at least :)). We went to celebrate our sweet friend, Carmen's, 1st birthday, and it was great. It was supposed to be rainy and really cold, but once we got there, it was only a little cloudy and in the low 70's. We were a bit warm in our fall clothes, but it sure was a great day! Happy Birthday, Carmen!

~ After a really fun hay ride, we all got to pick out a pumpkin to keep. Mommy helped me with mine, and Daddy helped Averie. She picked out the perfect pumpkin at the "funkin parm" as she calls it!! ~

An Afternoon with My Cousin!

One afternoon this past week, our cousin, Stephanie (Uncle Todd & Aunt Helen's youngest) came over to play. She played with Averie for the most part, but she sure liked looking at me and smiling at me. I watched Averie & Stephanie play Mr. Potato Head. They sure were having lots of fun!!

They even had fun putting the pieces on them!! :) :) :)

Brady Days!

Just some fun pictures of me from this past week...I love smiling for the camera...or putting my hands in my mouth, which I do all the time.

I still love my swing...so much fun!

Picture Day & Brady

Hi Everyone ~ We sure hope you are all doing well. We have been doing great...staying busy as usual. We love fall and all the fun it brings! Here are a few pictures of our last few weeks...ENJOY!

Today, I had school pictures...my first time! My Mommy took some "practice" pictures so that you could see how grown up I look. I can't believe that I am going to be 3 in less than a month. How exciting!

My Mommy also took some pictures of Brady this past week. He likes to be naked sometimes, so Mommy had fun taking a few pictures!! He is growing so fast...he'll be 4 months old soon...we'll keep you posted on his well visit. He is such a happy baby, and I sure love having him for my brother!!

Check out all that drool...Mommy & Daddy wouldn't be surprised if a tooth came through in the next month after all this drool, but we'll see. But, he sure is one happy baby!

Fall Fun!!

This past Saturday, Daddy, Mommy, Brady, and I got to go to a friend's house for a birthday party. We got to roast hot dogs & marshmallows...and we got to paint pumpkins and jump on the trampoline. It was so much fun! I loved being with my family & with my friends...and we love this fall weather!!

Then, I got to paint my own pumpkin. It was so fun. I got to "mix and match" all these colors, and my pumpkin turned out so cute!

A Night at Chucky Cheese

My Daddy & Mommy took me to Chucky Cheese's a week ago, and it was so much fun. I have only been one other time, so I was pretty excited. My cousin, Kaitlyn, was spending the night, so she got to go with us. Daddy thought it would be fun to go there for pizza and games. It sure was fun! We won about 80 tickets and we had some yummy pizza. And, I got to see Chucky Cheese while I was there.

Everyday Life

Hi Everyone ~ We wanted to share a few pictures with you from our last few weeks...not too much big has been really going on, just us enjoying life. Brady is growing up really fast, changing all the time. And, me (Averie)...well, I love singing, I love playing, & I love preschool. Enjoy the pics!!

My brother & Me

I love to color...well, at least for 5 minutes at a time :) I have been saying my alphabet for about a year now, but now, I am actually starting to recognize the letters and each sound they make. The other night, my Daddy was wearing a t-shirt that said "Basketball" on it, and I was able to say what each letter was and the sound it makes. Daddy & Mommy were thrilled. Stuff like that makes my Mommy get all teary-eyed because it makes her realize how much I am growing up.

Below is a picture of me making a card for my cousin, Stephanie, who broke her leg. I was decorating the front of it when I said to my Mommy, "Look, Mommy, the letter "A."" Yes, I had written the letter "A." It wasn't perfect, but it was there. So, Mommy took a picture of it.

Can you find the 3 or 4 "A"'s that I made on the front of this card (a couple blue and a yellow one)? And, yes, they were done all by myself. Do you think I'd let my Mommy help independent me with doing this?? :) :)Mommy & Brady watching me...and cheering me on!!

Brady ~ He is 14 1/2 weeks old in all these pictures below!

Brady is laughing now, and it's so cute. I can even get him to laugh sometimes!

And, guess what Brady found these past few weeks? His tongue!!

And, this past Sunday, Brady rolled over 3 times!!! It was so exciting. When Daddy came to watch, he wouldn't do it! So, here are Daddy & Me the next day trying to "encourage" him to roll over...we're still waiting for him to do it again!! (And, by the way, I do know my shirt is off...I like practicing taking my clothes off and on...I am such a big girl!) Oh, and don't you just love Brady's hair? It's like a mohawk with a balding "stripe" in the back of his head...too funny!
